We promote human rights, access to justice, education, health, climate resilience, and gender equality, while increasing the representation of Dalit voices in media and public discourse.

WHO ARE WE ?

The objectives of this organization will be to follow the laws, rules, policies and directives implemented by the Government of Nepal as follows: (a) This organization will be a non-profit, public welfare, non-political, non-governmental pure social organization.

The main objective of these organizations will be to create awareness and empowerment regarding economic, social, political and legal rights of tribals, tribes, marginalized women and children.

VISION

Azuru Nepal desires a just and equitable society in Nepal.

MISSION

Azuru Nepal has mission to work for ending all forms of discrimination against Dalit and marginalized communities together with other groups to build an equitable society working mainly through mass media.

 

GOAL
  • To empower Dalit and marginalized people by increasing their access to information, and participation at all level.
  • To raise voice against untouchability and all form of discrimination and promote equal and just society through media mobilization, campaign, collaboration, and networking.
  • To conduct lobby and advocacy for ensuring Human Rights of Dalit and Marginalized community.
  • To ensure right to food, health, education, climate changes, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), economic development, and access to justice.
  • To ensure the Dalit and Marginalized communities rights through policy advocacy and academic discourse.
  • To increase the number of media professional in order to bring Dalit issues in public discourse.
